Conference
First day was awesome! I’ve met some really great people and have learned a lot in a short amount of time. In addition, our presentation went extremely well. We’ve had a lot of positive feedback and I was surprised at how well I fielded questions from people that are, quite honestly, infinitely more qualified than I am.
On a side note, my grad school adviser just filled me in on a metric shit-ton of requirements that I needed to have satisfied by last semester, so I’m pretty much shitting my pants right now.
Also my job has apparently decided that after working for 3 weeks we still don’t deserve to be paid, so I have to figure that out as well.
There’s a lot of conflicting emotions going on right meow. :|
This will be me in roughly two weeks time.

I came close to failing a chem test the other day. I can do astrophysics, quantum mechanics, just about every version of calculus ever, but not fucking chemistry. I feel like an idiot.
